C S Lewis wrote a collection of great childrens books. I read them several times as a young fellow and remember their religious background and somewhat dark undertones. Hollywood has suceeded in taking this and turning it into a load of fluffy bollocks with annoying kids and shit animatronics and CGI. Now it's in fucking 3D. Bet you can't fucking wait. Please someone just burn the factory that makes the 3D glasses as I'm already bored.

Now I really love the look of this fucker. Produced by Del Toro it looks like a Pans Labyrinth type affair and that face at the end of the trailer has got me quite excited even if it does look like Jimmys mum.

I know I've not exactly been forthcoming with the reviews recently but I'm only just starting to get back into the swing of things on here. Now although i'm a comic geek I don't actually know much about The Green Lantern but I did read The Blackest Night recently which was rather fucking good. Will the film live up to geeky expectations? Who knows but it looks like the coming year could be the time of Ryan Reynolds.
