Click to enlargeHelp me out here but apparently the Blind Association in the States is protesting against the new film blindness by not going to see it. Silly question but would they not see it anyway?

Apparently they are annoyed by the sensitive nature of the film, now fucking hold on a second, the film is about a contagious condition which makes people blind and has nothing to do with taking the piss out of blind people.

Screenrush is reporting 'In what will be the largest protest in the NFB's 68-year history, 50,000 members will participate in demonstrations at 75 theatres across the country when the film is released this Friday.'

If they get this wrong this could just end up looking like a PR campaign by the film company.
